Limited Warranty Information

Pacific Mint warrants it's Porta b-day.  THE FOREGOING IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.  Pacific Mint does not warrant against damages or defects arising out of improper or abnormal use or handling of the Products.  This warranty also does not apply to Products upon which repairs have been effected or attempted by persons other than pursuant to written authorization by Pacific Mint.
                                         EXCLUSIVE OBLIGATION  
This warranty is exclusive.  The sole and exclusive obligation of Pacific Mint shall be to repair or replace the defective Products in the manner and for the period provided above.  Pacific Mint shall not have any other obligation with respect to the products or any part thereof, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise.  Under no circumstance, whether based on this Limited Warranty or otherwise, shall Pacific Mint be liable for incidental, special, or consequential damages.
                                         OTHER STATEMENTS  
Pacific Mint's employees or representatives' ORAL OR OTHER WRITTEN STATEMENTS DO NOT CONSTITUTE WARRANTIES, shall not be relied upon by Buyer, and are not a part of the contract for sale or this limited warranty.
                                         ENTIRE OBLIGATION   
This Limited Warranty states the entire obligation of Pacific Mint with respect to the Products.  If any part of this Limited Warranty is determined to be void or illegal, the remainder shall remain in full force and effect.  This Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

   1.  Returns must be received within 10 days of actual date of purchase.
   2.  Garments must be in original condition and NOT have been worn.
   3.  Purchase price less 10% restocking fee will be refunded the way payment was originally made, i.e.,  to the credit card originally used for purchase, check, or money order.
   4.  Customer is responsible for returns postage cost.
